Eric here, co-owner of Green Mountain Real Estate Group, LLC. Welcome to our website. Our goal is simple- to provide solutions to sellers that typically aren’t offered through a typical real estate brokerage. There are many reasons why someone would choose not to work with a real estate agent and we want to be the one-stop shop when that need arises!
My partner Steven and I have about 25 years combined experience in all matters of real estate; purchase & sales, managing tenants, creative finance solutions, you name it. We feel it is important to have that experience in order to best serve our future clients and be able to present them with a number of options that perhaps they were not aware of. We like to enter each opportunity with a consultative approach, listening to our sellers as to what they really need, and working together to help them move on to the next step in their life.
